Our Mandate
The Guidance and Testing Office is dedicated to promoting the holistic development and well-being of all ESSU students. We provide comprehensive guidance, counseling, and testing services designed to help students navigate their academic journey, develop personal and career goals, and maintain mental and emotional wellness in a supportive and confidential environment.
Core Functions
Counseling Services
Provides individual and group counseling to help students address personal, academic, and career-related challenges.
Testing & Assessment
Administers psychological tests, entrance exams, and career assessments to guide student placement and development.
Career Development
Facilitates career guidance programs, job placement assistance, and seminars to prepare students for the workforce.
Student Welfare
Coordinates with other offices to support students’ mental health, peer relations, and overall campus well-being.
