The Student Services and Alumni Affairs (SSAA) office of ESSU Main Campus officially welcomes the freshmen and transferee students for the First Semester of the Academic Year (AY) 2024-2025 with a comprehensive orientation held at the Canuctan Hall on Thursday, August 8, 2024.
Representing the ESSU leadership was Dr. Rhodora C. Mendoza, Vice President for Administrative Services, who gave an opening remarks. The SSAA office, headed by Dr. Aris A. Lapada, organized the said orientation, which is a yearly engagement intended for all newcomers to the University's studentry.
Designated speakers from the different units of the University, such as the library, scholarship office, guidance office, infirmary, student publication, student organization & activities, gender & development, and the culture & the arts development office, among others, took to the podium to explain the services and support their respective offices provide for the students.
The freshmen and transferee orientation is an annual exercise fulfilled by the SSAA, guaranteeing that all new students are informed and able to take advantage of all the support services that the University makes available for them.
