This certification serves as a testament to the University's dedication to quality and continuous improvement. With ISO standards as a guiding framework, the institution is well-positioned to enhance its reputation and maintain its competitive edge in the tertiary education landscape.
In preparation for the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Surveillance visit this March 18-19, 2024, a meeting with the College Deans of ESSU Main Campus was held on January 26, 2024, at the Office of the Vice President for External Affairs and Quality Assurance (OVPEAQA), headed by Dr. Marina S. Apilado. Concerns regarding the calibration of equipment, maintenance of laboratories and infrastructure, and report submission of faculty members were emphasized. The college deans were also briefed on the upcoming ISO Surveillance visit and its importance in maintaining the University's ISO certification.
