Honoring the Hardworking Men and Women Behind ESSU Main Campus' Beautiful Landscape and Well-Maintained Facilities

In the midst of the approaching resumption of classes, the University's administrative personnel from the Administrative and Support Services Office led by its Director, Engr. Jenith L. Banaldia, Physical Plant and Facilities Services led by its Director, Engr. Richard C. Mendoza, and Utility and Equipment Services headed by its Director, Engr. Russel Boy Palce, have been hard at work, keeping the University facilities and the entire campus looking pristine.

The entire ESSU Community, under the premiership of the University President, Dr. Andres C. Pagatpatan, Jr., together with the Vice President for Administration, Dr. Rhodora C. Mendoza, would like to extend its utmost appreciation to the tireless men and women of these administrative units for all their hard work. These dedicated individuals work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the overall success of the University as it continues to thrive and excel in its mission of providing quality education to all.

Taking advantage of the break of classes, major improvements were made to the ventilation system of the Canuctan Hall, which was one of the priority projects during the break as it is the University's main venue for gatherings. Now looking brand new, repainting of the entire College of Hospitality Management (CHM) building was also completed, including the repair of other buildings around the campus. Moreover, electrical maintenance and repairs were also carried out to ensure the safety and efficiency of all facilities. At the Material Recovery Facility (MRF), a new plastic pelletizer machine was added, and repairs on other machinery were finished to ensure efficient waste management and recycling processes on campus.

Furthermore, major cleaning of facilities and garnishing of open areas throughout the entire campus have been ongoing as well. It is also worth mentioning that these men and women work together all year round to keep the University grounds properly tended, the structures and facilities carefully maintained, and the entire campus in mint condition.
