Eastern Samar State University received various recognitions today, May 24, 2024, during the Gawad Parangal 2024 in celebration of the 30th Founding Anniversary of the Commission on Higher Education and the 4th National Higher Education Week held at Doña Remedios Trinidad Romualdez Educational Foundation, Inc., in Tacloban City.
Presented by CHEDRO 8 Director, Dr. Maximo C. Aljibe, ESSU President, Dr. Andres C. Pagatpatan, Jr., together with ESSU Guiuan Campus Administrator, Prof. Jared Harem Q. Celis, received six Certificates of Recognition for the University's outstanding performance in the realm of academic excellence in higher education.
The recognition not only honors the individuals behind each success but also highlights ESSU's commitment to excellence in education and its ongoing contributions to the advancement of higher education in the region.
