University Vice Presidents, Campus Administrators, College Deans, and Directors across ESSU campuses convened in an Executive Meeting at the Farmer's Training Center (FTC), ESSU Salcedo Campus, on September 20, 2024.
Presided over by the University President, Dr. Andres C. Pagatpatan, Jr., the meeting was called to discuss the strategic plans of ESSU, including budget allocations, infrastructure development projects, and various initiatives to enhance the academic and administrative operations of the University.
Dr. Pagatpatan emphasized the importance of fostering a culture of excellence within ESSU. He highlighted the need for continuous improvement in academic programs, research and extension endeavors, and student services to ensure that the University remains at the forefront of higher education in the region. Vice Presidents and Campus Administrators shared updates on their respective areas of responsibility, detailing progress made and challenges faced. They also presented future activities, plans, and programs that align with the University's goals and objectives.
Discussions were lively and productive, with everyone expressing their commitment to working together towards achieving ESSU's goals and aspirations. The commitment to excellence and continuous improvement was evident throughout the discussions, setting a positive tone for the future of ESSU.
