Inching closer to the actual construction of the ESSU Guiuan Criminology Laboratory building, University President Dr. Andres C. Pagatpatan, Jr., signed the final Detailed Architectural and Engineering (DAED) Plans and the Program of Works of the said project on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at the President's Conference Room, ESSU Main Campus.
The DAED and program of works signing were done in the presence of the Department of Public Works & Highways (DPWH) RO8 representatives, Architect I, Bovyn Mar M. Rostata, Project Inspector, Mr. Louie Luxie B. Gumba, along with Mr. Jasper I. Cañete and Mr. Marvin L. Zeta.
Endorsed by Project Development Officer III, Engr. Jenith M. Banaldia of ESSU's Infrastructure Projects Development and Engineering Services (IPDES), Vice President for Administration, Dr. Rhodora C. Mendoza, was also present to witness the signing of the said project documents.
