University President, Dr. Andres C. Pagatpatan, Jr. met with the entire Sports and Fitness leadership of ESSU at the Faculty Lounge of the ESSU Main Campus yesterday, November 28, 2024, to beef up the final preparations for the 38th Regional State Colleges & Universities Athletic Association (SCUAA) meet.
Sports Director Robby B. Ylanan and OIC Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Aris A. Lapada, were joined by the sports coordinators and representatives from the various campuses, along with the different committee members, to make sure the paperwork and logistical preparations are in order.
This year's SCUAA meet will be held at the Northwest Samar State University (NwSSU) in Calbayog City, set for December 8-13, 2024, where eleven SUCs from Region VIII will compete for sporting glory.
