University President, Dr. Andres C. Pagatpatan, Jr., gathered all designated officials for CY 2025 in the Main Campus for a meeting at the Teatro Ibabawnon on Thursday, January 10, 2025. The gathering was attended by the vice presidents, campus administrators, college deans, directors, associate deans, program heads, coordinators, and all committee members.
Dr. Pagatpatan called for the meeting as part of his management practice to start each calendar year to discuss reassignments, lateral movements, and establish renewal of commitment from his officers and appointees, among others. This practice seeks to ensure that everyone in the management team is aligned and has a unified struggle towards the singular purpose of elevating the institution to further heights and achieving victories together as one proud unit.
Later in the day, the President also had a separate meeting at the Faculty Lounge with the Vice Presidents, Campus Administrators, Budget, and Registrar Officers across all campuses to map out the University's financial game plan for the Calendar Year (CY) 2025 and to make sure the enrollment for the incoming second semester of the Academic Year (AY) 2024-2025 goes as smoothly as possible and that all expected challenges are duly covered.
