All of Eastern Samar State University expresses its warm congratulations to its esteemed University President, Dr. Andres C. Pagatpatan, Jr., for being honored as a Gold Awardee, "Man of Influence and Leadership Excellence of the Year" by the Pillars of Public Service Awards (POPSA).
Securing the said award earlier this year, Dr. Pagatpatan was officially conferred with the recognition in a momentous awarding ceremony yesterday, September 8, 2024, at the Okada Manila Grand Ballroom in Parañaque City.
This recognition is an undeniable manifestation of Dr. Pagatpatan's deep-rooted commitment to service and dedication to excellence. This award also sets a glaring example for everyone in the University and even to other leaders.
