Graduate School Learning Goals

1. Provide relevant and responsive advanced programs in education, agriculture, health, science and technology, industrial education, business education, and allied disciplines consistent with the university mandate;
2. Promote the conduct of research and other scholarly activities in various areas of concern;
3. Conduct relevant and sustainable extension activities and engage in income generating projects to improve the quality of life of its clients in the service areas; and
4. Develop leadership and management skills in mobilizing human resources vital to national progress and global competitiveness.

The Program aims to:

• strengthen student capability of how the fundamental of management  can be applied in offices, firms or in organizations;

• have enhanced the creativity and developed critical mind in carrying out processes involved in managerial work to respond to local, regional, national and global needs; and

• can conduct relevant management – related researches and extension activities which will contribute to the improvement of the organization’s management policies.
