ESSU’s Reserve Officer Training Course (ROTC) Unit showcased skills, discipline and rhythm in unison during the Regional Annual Administrative Tactical Inspection (RAATI) last April 17, 2026.

The activities started with a courtesy call and commandants briefing at the second floor of the Central Library where University President, Dr. Andres C. Pagatpatan, Jr., was joined by NSTP Director, Dr. Rolando R. Codilan in welcoming the inspection team led by Col. Ernesto R. Dela Rosa Jr., GSC (INF) PA.

At the Grandstand, the cadets displayed the impeccable execution of their months of training. Along with their officers, the reservists demonstrated their prowess in the various skills showcases highlighted by the Small Unit Tactics (SUT). The entire ESSU ROTC Unit earned high praise from the inspection team for the whole exercise.
